Role Responsibilities

-Solution Design - Create an overall solution strategy to solve the customer’s business need, and update as needed throughout the deal lifecycle. Identify, document and communicate customer solution requirements on an ongoing basis to the larger solution team made up of Dell internal and partner resources.

-Solution Development - Lead the solution team & SME's in the development of a detailed architectural design that is aligned with hi-level architecture. Capture customer requirements (Activities, Assets, Locations, SLAs) and map to Dell capabilities.

-Solution Costing / Pricing - Develop and integrate an overall deal P&L with specific focus on all cost components while taking the segment price into the P&L model. Drive overall partner selection strategy and insource / outsource decisions

-Solution Assurance - Ensure a quality solution and services proposal is delivered to the customer on-time. Drive and ensure governance and solution assurance processes are followed and communicated.

-Solution Finalization - Lead the construction of, and agreement on, both partner and customer Statements of Work, and participate in SOW/contract negotiations.

Requirements

-14+ years relevant experience with Bachelor's degree, or equivalent

-12+ years relevant experience with Master's degree, with concentration in Business Administration or Information Technology preferred

-In-depth Project and Program Management experience on IT outsourcing and managed services contracts for infrastructure management, 10+ years preferred

-In-depth experience in creating and managing the creation of infrastructure outsourcing solutions, including costing and pricing, 10+ years preferred
